Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage the retail counter.
• Support B2C customer transactions.
• Coordinate early morning B2B order preparation.
• Dispatch orders in collaboration with the logistics team.
• Greet and serve retail customers; process transactions via POS.
• Maintain and restock pastry displays, ensuring freshness and presentation.
• Prepare and label B2B orders according to the dispatch list.
• Coordinate with the driver for order loading and route readiness.
• Record B2B order dispatches in the daily log.
• Monitor inventory of finished products.
• Ensure front-of-house cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards.
• Ensure quality control before dispatch.

- Customer service experience (retail or hospitality).
- Strong organization and multitasking ability.
- Basic understanding of inventory and labelling.
- POS and basic computer proficiency.
- Clear communication and teamwork.
