Job Summary
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing trays of products for baking.
• Load and monitor baking ovens under the Senior Baker’s supervision.
• Apply finishing touches (e.g., toppings, glazing) as required.
• Restock baked goods at the retail display as needed.
• Support cleaning of baking tools, trays, and ovens.
• Monitor inventory of items and report low stock levels.
• Assist in pre-staging the next day’s batch schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards during baking operations.
• Support the Senior Baker in day-to-day tasks to ensure efficient production
