Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day commercial and operational execution across multiple product lines, including lubricants, energy solutions, industrial components, and support services.
• Develop and maintain strong, performance-oriented relationships with key commercial partners and distribution channels across Guyana’s industrial and energy markets
• Drive sales strategies and execution plans aligned with organizational growth targets.
• Oversee inventory, supply chain coordination, and forecasting processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, service, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless execution of client solutions.
• Report directly to executive management with full accountability for the business unit's performance
Job Description
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in sales, operations, or business development within industrial or distribution sectors.
- Fluency in English is required. Spanish proficiency is considered an asset
- A commercially driven leader with strong execution capabilities and strategic thinking.
- Proven knowledge of Guyana’s industrial and commercial landscape, including key players, regions, and economic drivers.
- Background in distribution or sales of industrial operating supplies such as oils, chemicals, filtration, industrial or related systems.
- Experience managing teams and operations with full profit & loss responsibility is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and credibility in front of both clients and internal stakeholders.
