Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough eye examinations and optical measurements
• Advise customers on eyewear that suits their optical needs and facial features
• Assemble, monitor, and maintain high-quality optical aids
• Comfortable working with KPI’s and commercial objectives as an optometrist
• Being a key part of the team, adaptable into a multidisciplinary work environment.
• Adaptable and open-minded to innovations and new best practices.
• Work outside of the generic scope of Optometry, focusing on organizational

Requirements:

• Degree in Optometry from a school accredited by the Guyana Medical Board and a valid practicing license in Guyana.


• At least 3 years of relevant experience.


• A strong customer focus and precise, analytical mindset.


• A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.


• Passion for both fashion and technical innovation in eyewear.


• A drive to support and develop fellow team member.
