Duties and Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist passengers at arrivals and departures
• Guide guests through check-in, security, immigration, and boarding processes
• Assist with baggage handling and coordinate porter services when required
• Provide personalized service for VIPs, families, and corporate travelers
• Handle passenger inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate with airlines, immigration, and airport staff for smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with airport safety, security, and service standards

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in airport services, guest relations, or customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Professional presentation and customer-first attitude
