Job Summary
Manage and Support Contracts
Job Description

Responsibilities:



  • Manage low-risk / small-value contracts (up to USD 3–5M) end-to-end

  • Support procurement of materials and services (local & global)

  • Prepare and manage RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs

  • Draft, review, and amend contract documents

  • Lead or support commercial and contract negotiations

  • Manage subcontractor prequalification and re-vetting

  • Administer contracts post-award, including variations and closeout

  • Maintain accurate contract logs, files, and databases

  • Equalize bids and analyze commercial proposals

  • Generate reports and commercial data sets

  • Support project and corporate contract teams

  • Engage internal stakeholders and external contractors

  • Ensure compliance with HSSE, ethics, and company procedures


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Business

  • Master’s degree (Law, Business, Economics) is an advantage

  • Contract / commercial law background preferred

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in oil & gas or similar industries

  • Strong experience in procurement, contracts, and negotiations

  • Project Management or Supply Chain certifications preferred

  • MRICS, MCIArb, SCL, or similar certifications are an advantage

  • Proficient in MS Office; Power BI and ERP systems

  • SAP Ariba or CLM platform experience is a plus

  • Fluent in English

  • Strong commitment to HSSE and compliance standards
