Provides Customer Service at all points of customer interaction, determines customer needs and offers products in a professional and courteous manner. Must be well versed and current with all policies and procedures regarding customer transactions.

Job Description:

• Collection, verification, and submission of senior citizen pension and public assistance vouchers to the MHSS.


• Uplift payments from the Ministry of Finance


• Assist with customers with inquiries and transactions.


• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring complaince with company procedures.
