NATURE AND SCOPE OF JOB

The Customer Service Associate role is primarily responsible for the processing of inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and resolving scheduling issues. This position will also be responsible for ensuring a quality customer experience throughout the entire product installation process.

Safely transporting employees and goods to their destinations, adhering to all traffic laws, and maintaining the company vehicle provided.

Assist customers in a retail environment by providing information about products, processing transactions, maintaining the sales floor, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Perform various tasks under the direction/instruction of the House Manager, to assist in the provision of grounds, pet upkeep, ensuring a safe working and visitor environment.

Most of these tasks involve working with company documents, internal and external communications, and supporting the administrative team.

NB: MUST BE COMPUTER LITERATE

Learn to operate and maintain printing presses

In the porter role, you will make sure the facility is presentable to the public.

The Janitorial Attendant is responsible for cleaning commercial and residential properties under our general maintenance and corporate service projects. Quality customer service will be provided to the client at all times. Knowledge or willingness to learn good techniques is essential.
