Job Description
Responsibilities:
Drive and deliver documents, materials, and equipment as required for company operations.
Provide administrative support to management and staff, assisting with daily tasks.
Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems for company documents.
Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and operational appointments.
Monitor and respond to office communications (email, phone, messaging) and relay information to relevant staff.
Assist with tracking and coordinating operational and client communications.
Maintain general office organization and support administrative processes.
Help procure office supplies and materials when needed.
Prepare and organize documents for company operations or projects.
Safely transport staff, documents, and materials to various company locations and client sites.
Ensure company vehicles are maintained, fueled, and in good working condition.
Report vehicle issues or maintenance needs to management and keep usage logs.
Assist with warehouse tasks, including loading/unloading materials and preparing items for transport.
Requirements:
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional work ethic with the ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Basic administrative and record-keeping skills.
Experience in office administration or support roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; logistics coordination experience is a plus.
Valid driver's license (van license required); lorry/heavy-duty license is a plus.
