Job Description
Responsibilities:
Assist walk-in customers with product inquiries, orders, and service requests.
Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, and timelines.
Guide customers through the order process and available service options.
Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, email, and other online platforms.
Address customer concerns or complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Process payments and issue receipts using the company’s billing system.
Maintain accurate records of sales, transactions, and customer orders.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products and services based on their needs.
Support sales efforts by promoting services and encouraging repeat business.
Maintain a clean, organized retail environment with proper product displays.
Coordinate customer orders with production or design teams.
Track order progress and update customers on completion or delivery timelines.
Requirements
:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic administrative and record-keeping abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Maintain professionalism and positive customer relations at all times
Represent the company in a courteous and respectful manner
Work collaboratively with the retail and production teams
Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and accountability
Contribute to the growth and development of the retail department
Note: May require standing for extended periods during busy periods.
