Job Description

Responsibilities:



  • Assist walk-in customers with product inquiries, orders, and service requests.

  • Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, and timelines.

  • Guide customers through the order process and available service options.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, email, and other online platforms.

  • Address customer concerns or complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Process payments and issue receipts using the company’s billing system.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, transactions, and customer orders.

  • Assist customers in selecting suitable products and services based on their needs.

  • Support sales efforts by promoting services and encouraging repeat business.

  • Maintain a clean, organized retail environment with proper product displays.

  • Coordinate customer orders with production or design teams.

  • Track order progress and update customers on completion or delivery timelines.


Requirements:



  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Basic administrative and record-keeping abilities

  • Professional appearance and attitude

  • Maintain professionalism and positive customer relations at all times

  • Represent the company in a courteous and respectful manner

  • Work collaboratively with the retail and production teams

  • Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and accountability

  • Contribute to the growth and development of the retail department



  • Note: May require standing for extended periods during busy periods.
