Prepare and fulfill internal inventory requests for projects, events, or deliveries.
Maintain documentation of inventory movements and prepare reports when required.
Conduct periodic inventory counts and investigate any discrepancies.
Ensure warehouses are organized, accessible, and properly maintained.
Monitor storage conditions and ensure safe stacking and protection of materials.
Oversee cleanliness of company facilities and coordinate removal of waste or scrap materials.
Coordinate with logistics providers and support teams with inventory and warehouse needs for projects and deliveries.
Requirements:
Experience in warehouse or inventory management
Experience managing storage facilities or operational spaces
Basic knowledge of inventory control systems or stock management methods
Familiarity with logistics and shipment coordination
Basic computer literacy including spreadsheets or inventory tracking software
Maintain high levels of organization and accountability
Demonstrate initiative in maintaining clean and efficient workspaces
Communicate effectively with project and operations teams
Maintain professionalism and integrity when handling company assets
