Interpret customer needs, and offer engineering solutions through the use of the Company’s product suite and complementary equipment to make up end-to-end automated solutions.
Understand the marketing and sales processes, and assist, support and participate.
Assist with the design of integrated process-control systems by doing conceptual and detailed engineering design in support of solutions being supplied to our customers.
Use best practices for automating industrial processes, from basic process measurement, through to control-room design, and integration with plant management info systems.
Assist with testing solutions ahead of deployment on customer sites.
Prepare and assist with the commissioning of systems on customer sites.
Ensure you are following Company policies regarding quality on your deliverables.
Ensure you are following safety practices in the office and on site at all times, in line with company policies and client-specific policies.
Attend trainings and pursue learning opportunities to stay updated on product developments and industry advancements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Control Engineering.
Experience working in an FPSO or industrial plant environment is required.
Exposure to installation and troubleshooting of automation/electrical systems.
Experience in Industrial networks & instrumentation, electrical system & control panels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong communication and technical reporting skills
High level of professionalism and commitment to safety
Willingness to work in industrial and offshore environments when required.
