Job Description

Responsibilities:



  • Interpret customer needs, and offer engineering solutions through the use of the Company’s product suite and complementary equipment to make up end-to-end automated solutions.

  • Understand the marketing and sales processes, and assist, support and participate.

  • Assist with the design of integrated process-control systems by doing conceptual and detailed engineering design in support of solutions being supplied to our customers.

  • Use best practices for automating industrial processes, from basic process measurement, through to control-room design, and integration with plant management info systems.

  • Assist with testing solutions ahead of deployment on customer sites.

  • Prepare and assist with the commissioning of systems on customer sites.

  • Ensure you are following Company policies regarding quality on your deliverables.

  • Ensure you are following safety practices in the office and on site at all times, in line with company policies and client-specific policies.

  • Attend trainings and pursue learning opportunities to stay updated on product developments and industry advancements.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Control Engineering.

  • Experience working in an FPSO or industrial plant environment is required.

  • Exposure to installation and troubleshooting of automation/electrical systems.

  • Experience in Industrial networks & instrumentation, electrical system & control panels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Strong communication and technical reporting skills

  • High level of professionalism and commitment to safety

  • Willingness to work in industrial and offshore environments when required.
