The Local Content Advisor is responsible for
providing local content support and reporting.

Core responsibilities
Monitoring and surveillance: Observing customer and employee behavior through CCTV and physical patrols to detect suspicious activities.
Investigation: Conducting investigations into incidents of theft, fraud, and other security violations.
Apprehension: Apprehending individuals suspected of theft in compliance with company guidelines and legal protocols.
Documentation: Preparing detailed reports on all incidents, accidents, and investigations.
Training: Educating and training other employees on loss prevention techniques and company policies.
Additional duties
Emergency response: Responding to and managing security-related emergencies.
Law enforcement collaboration: Working with local police and other emergency services when needed.
Safety and compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety and security policies and procedures.
Customer service: Providing assistance to guests and staff in security-related matters.
Risk mitigation: Implementing measures to minimize overall security risks and shrinkage for the business.
