• Onsite representation with significant presence in Port Mourant, partially providing support to GTTCI Director until full GTTCI staff ramp up
• Active coordination of GTTCI activities, including facilitating and leading Oil and Gas institute readiness, collaborating with Company construction and other stakeholders, to ensure a seamless startup and integration of FacTor with O&G institute
• Lead GTTCI curriculum accreditation efforts
• Liaise with Socioeconomic team on stakeholder engagement
• Lead on-site coordination and planning of start-up activities in Port Mourant
• Support development and execution of GTTCI transition, including assisting with establishment of contracts, development of handover plans, development of nationalization criteria, and Company liaison with multiple stakeholders and contractors

• Ensure timely, consistent, and accurate communication with individuals, groups, communities, and local government authorities regarding the company’s projects and operations.
• Conduct direct consultations with local communities to identify and address concerns.
• Organize and lead public awareness campaigns and general information sessions.
• Align community development investments with the company’s strategic objectives and approach.
• Provide strategic guidance on potential mitigation measures for community impacts.
• Prepare detailed reports on community relations activities and outcomes.
• Operate with minimal supervision while applying expert knowledge and skills.

Schedule: 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of B2B orders to clients such as hotels, coffee shops, and corporate offices.
• Load packed B2B orders into the delivery vehicle each morning.
• Follow the delivery route and schedule to reach clients before peak hours.
• Obtain delivery confirmations (signatures or electronic proof).
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of the delivery vehicle.
• Maintain polite and professional customer interactions.
• Report any order discrepancies, delays, or customer feedback.
• Support light logistics or inventory tasks after return, if required.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.

To provide quality consultative service to all customers entering store. This includes prompt recognition and assistance with customers, providing product advice and soliciting sales through use of approved selling techniques, matching automotive paints to customer specifications and providing customers with technical advice on products, mixing ratios and preparation and application techniques. Also responsible for ensuring that store housekeeping and merchandising of products is maintained to franchise standards.

Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around the Automotive Art Retail and Office Spaces.

Cleans floors and rooms. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.

Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.

Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.

Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.

Performs additional duties as needed.
