The supervisor will manage and train the finance team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met. He/She shall further provide valuable insights through financial analysis and reporting, helping the Finance Manager make informed recommendations. Additionally, the supervisor will assists in budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensures compliance with regulations, to strengthen the overall financial health of the organization.
